Tir na nOg reflects Irish Gaelic capitalization and is, you're right, correct. Think of the n in nOg like a l' in a French word that is a proper noun, e.g., l'Ecole. It isn't the equivalent, but it's correct not to be capitalized. /master's degree studies pendantry
