These are akia brand. I will sell both for $49. This is a large unit for a great price and a side unit for extra storage. Nice set. This week only!!!! 2 Pieces. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ah yes, “AKIA”, the cheaper-quality Swedish bastard stepchild.
I remember that sideboard; I think I used to have one back in the late ’90s. It was pressboard-tastic. The “metal” legs were actually plastic. However, it did have one really important thing: a TOP. There was a frosted green glass slab that sat on top of the sideboard, threatening to crush the cheap pressboard under its weight. It doesn’t make much sense as a piece of furniture without a top.
I don’t recognize the “AKIA” entertainment center, and my Ikea-fu seems to be weak today. That really doesn’t look like Ikea to me, though. It has more of that “Wal-Mart” feel to it.
But you know what really sold me on this “AKIA” furniture? The 49 exclamation marks. Now I’m excited.

When the seller has to inject that much excitement into the ad, you know it’s crap. You won’t be excited after you go see the items for sale, so the seller has to get you pumped up in advance to have any chance of making a sale.
One exclamation mark for each dollar you spend on these craptastic Akia furniture! 49 dollars, 49 exclamation marks! It makes me wonder if that was a coincidence or they counted them out to match the price. Now imagine if they wanted, say, 499 dollars for those.
