    Trade large Mongoose Alta for Sour Candy – $20

    Large chromoly frame. Fits 5’9″ comfortably with the seat all the way down. Has quick fire trigger shifters and shimano components. Well used. Could use a nice thorough lubing or tune up. Seat is a little rough, paint is decent, tires are good but are a deep, fat, rubbery offroad tread so it squeaks like new shoes on the sidwalk, but everything works and it can be ridden away immediately.

    Prefer soft sour candy (no generic sour candy, please). Prefer Sour Patch Kids, Trolli Sour Gummi Brite Crawlers, Sour Gummi Life Savers. No hard candy.

    Will also trade for good soda (pure Cane Jones, good ginger ale) or Skyy.

    Trade a bicycle for sour candy? Exactly how much candy does this guy want? And how much sour candy can one person eat? I think we’ve got a sugar addiction on our hands here … do we really want to enable him?

    In good news, if you do decide to trade this guy 40 pounds of gummi bears for a bike, I know where you can get some lube for free.

    Somehow, I get the feeling that sucking at Craigslist may be the least of this person’s worries.

    To be honest, my drunken late night text messages might resemble this style of writing, although there’s slightly less discussion of malfunctioning dishwashers. It’s more like “OMG Britney were did I leve teh kar?” and “Pris, call me, iam not suer but i thkin i hve ur Manolos adn undrwrs.” (I lead a fabulous life.)

    flaggers stop/slow stick, hardhat and vest – $75

    “Flagging” stick used by roadside flaggers, orange hardhat and yellow vest.
    Like new. The vest is not in picture because it is at another location but will be included in the set if purchased.

    One of my lifelong dreams has been to be able to go out into the street and randomly flag traffic. Now, thanks to this person who is selling government property, I can! I can make people slow down for no reason! Even better, since the other side of the sign says “STOP”, I can cause traffic jams for my own amusement.

    Thanks, Craigslist seller of Department of Transportation-owned items! You’re the best. My life is complete now.

    The mind boggles. What exactly would be a good prop: the fence posts? Or the car sitting jauntily atop the fence posts? And does the car come with the fence posts?

    Well, I guess it’s one way to have a car parked on the driveway and still have access to the garage.
